Sell hospital-grade. You'll bring health systems and clinical facilities onto McCoy's ship-out medical-waste service—an ESG-aligned, fully auditable, rail-served alternative built on FreightGuard.ai chain-of-custody. This stream comes online as the platform matures, and you'll build the book ahead of it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and close medical/specialty-waste business with hospitals and health systems
  • Build relationships with facilities, sustainability, and procurement leaders
  • Position McCoy's ESG-aligned, auditable chain-of-custody advantage
  • Navigate healthcare procurement and compliance requirements
  • Partner with operations and compliance on onboarding and service delivery
  • Hit pipeline and revenue targets for the medical-waste line
  • Feed market insight back into product and pricing

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in healthcare sales, medical-waste, or B2B services sales
  • Comfort selling into hospital procurement and facilities/sustainability teams
  • Understanding of compliance-sensitive, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong presentation and relationship skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships with Detroit-metro or Midwest health systems
  • Background in regulated medical waste (RMW) or healthcare ESG
  • Familiarity with chain-of-custody and compliance documentation
