McCoy Solutions is building Operation 1—our automation-first, rail-served transfer station in Detroit, opening Fall 2026. We're hiring the founding operations, automation, commercial, and software team that proves the model and replicates it across the corridor.

Autonomous yard moves, robotic sorting, and automated gate, scale, and billing. We're deploying the most advanced automation in the waste sector—not bolting a label onto a conventional yard.

Operation 1 is the first of several. Prove it in Detroit, then replicate the template across the Great Lakes corridor—Cleveland, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Memphis, Kansas City.
