Key Responsibilities
- •Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment and material handlers
- •Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- •Support maintenance of conveyors, sorting systems, and automated equipment
- •Maintain facility infrastructure and keep downtime to a minimum
- •Keep accurate maintenance logs and parts inventory
- •Respond to breakdowns quickly to protect throughput
- •Follow lockout/tagout and all safety procedures
Required Qualifications
- •3+ years in heavy equipment, diesel, industrial, or fleet maintenance
- •Strong troubleshooting skills across hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- •Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- •Safety-first mindset
- •Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- •Experience with conveyors, balers, or sorting/recycling equipment
- •Exposure to automated or robotic systems
- •Welding or fabrication skills
- •Diesel or hydraulics certifications
